Zanda Jansone
Chairperson of the Management Board
Zanda Jansone assumed the position of Chairperson of the Management Board of the Environmental Investment Fund on 1 September 2026, with a term of office lasting until 31 August 2031.
Zanda Jansone's professional experience includes serving as Head of the Procurement Department at Riga East Clinical University Hospital, as well as managing the energy efficiency consulting company LBRA Ltd. As Chief Executive Officer of Enviroprojekts Ltd., she led environmental, energy efficiency and infrastructure projects and provided consulting services to public and private sector clients on matters related to securing EU funding.
Zanda Jansone holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Riga Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Rīga Stradiņš University. She also holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Lithuania) and a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Riga Technical University. Currently, Zanda Jansone is pursuing doctoral studies in Engineering at Riga Technical University.
